Hi Folks,
Cosmos Health Inc. (Nasdaq: COSM) just announced breaking news this morning, reporting another major surge in its U.S. subscription business, and the latest growth numbers are getting difficult to ignore.
Active U.S. subscriptions have surged 92% in just two weeks.
That's not a projection. Those are the figures Cosmos reported this morning.
On October 14, the company had 6,287 active U.S. subscriptions.
As of October 28, that number had climbed to 12,050.
Nearly 6,000 additional subscriptions in 14 days.

For a healthcare company that only launched its U.S. subscription model in July, that's a substantial increase in a very short period.
And there's another number in today's announcement that caught my attention.
Monthly Subscription Value Jumps 94%
Cosmos reported that the monthly value of its active U.S. subscriptions climbed from $919,945 on October 14 to $1,787,585 on October 28.
That's a 94% increase in just two weeks.
Keep in mind, this figure represents the amount that would be billed monthly at standard renewal pricing, not revenue already collected.
Still, it's an important distinction in how this business is developing.
Unlike a traditional one-time product sale, the subscription model gives Cosmos the potential to generate repeat revenue from customers who continue renewing.
The larger that subscriber base becomes, the more meaningful that recurring revenue stream could be.
Of course, customer retention and actual collections will determine how much of that potential turns into revenue.
But the pace of growth is worth watching.
Online Orders Are Climbing, Too
There's more to this announcement than subscriptions.
Cosmos also reported that online checkout orders tracked by its platform reached 20,677 as of October 28.
That's up from 10,881 just two weeks earlier.
A 90% increase.
And the momentum hasn't been limited to the initial surge.
On October 19, Cosmos had 8,940 active U.S. subscriptions.
Nine days later, it had 12,050.
That's another 35% increase in active subscriptions over that period.
These are the kinds of operating numbers I pay attention to when a small-cap company is trying to establish a new revenue stream.
Not because rapid growth automatically translates into profits. It doesn't.
But because sustained customer growth can tell you whether a new business model is gaining traction.
And right now, Cosmos is reporting some impressive early growth.
The Expansion Is Just Getting Started
CEO Greg Siokas made an interesting point in today's announcement.
Cosmos built this U.S. subscription business in a matter of months, and management is now working to expand the same model internationally.
The company says its subscription platform is already live in Australia, New Zealand and the broader Oceania region.
That's another development I'll be following.
If the company can build a recurring customer base in additional markets, the subscription business could become a more important contributor to Cosmos Health's overall revenue.
There are still questions to answer, particularly around subscriber retention, customer acquisition costs and profitability.
But the early U.S. growth figures give us something concrete to measure.
And I like what I'm seeing so far.
Why COSM Remains on My Radar
I've been following the developments at Cosmos Health, and today's update adds another catalyst to the story.
Consider what management has now reported:
• 92% growth in active U.S. subscriptions in 14 days.
• 94% growth in monthly subscription value, approaching $1.8M.
• 90% growth in tracked online checkout orders over the same period.
• An expanding subscription model now operating in additional international markets.
Those numbers deserve attention.
Wall Street Is Already Paying Attention
And here's something else worth keeping in mind.
Even before today's announcement of 92% subscription growth, Wall Street analysts were pointing to substantial upside potential in COSM.
Two research firms have issued bullish price targets, and the numbers are worth a closer look.
A $1.40 Analyst Price Target
Noble Capital Markets initiates equity research coverage on COSM with an outperform rating and $1.40 price target, representing +438% in upside potential.
A $4.50 Analyst Price Target
Zacks Small-Cap Research just reiterated its coverage of COSM with a $4.50 price target, this represents +1,639% in upside potential.
Now consider today's news.
A 92% surge in active subscriptions, a 94% increase in monthly subscription value, and an expanding international subscription business.
That's another set of growth figures for investors to weigh alongside those analyst projections.
And it's why I'm keeping such a close eye on this company.
I want COSM at the top of your watchlist.
Keep it pulled up and follow the next developments closely.
To your success,

Michael Reece
