Hi Folks,

KULR Technology Group (NYSE: KULR) has secured more than $1 Million in production purchase orders for battery systems supporting a major U.S. defense drone initiative.

Deliveries are scheduled to begin in October, with KULR expecting to complete the shipments by the end of November.

That makes this more than a development-stage announcement.

The orders are moving into production.

A $1.1 Billion Drone Program

The battery systems will support the U.S. Department of War’s Drone Dominance Program, a $1.1 Billion, multi-phase initiative focused on accelerating the procurement and deployment of small unmanned aerial systems.

KULR is participating at the battery-system level.

That matters because the company believes advancing drone platforms could create opportunities to support higher production volumes as the broader program develops.

For now, the number to focus on is straightforward:

More than $1M in production orders, with deliveries beginning this month.

Forge 2 Moves Into the Picture

The orders also provide an early look at KULR’s investment in Forge 2, its new manufacturing facility in Houston.

KULR built the facility to increase production capacity for defense drones and other autonomous platforms.

The company says it is now transitioning customer programs from qualification into scaled production.

That transition is worth watching.

A manufacturing facility is one thing. Moving qualified programs into actual production orders is another.

The 2027 Deadline

There is another piece of the story developing in the background.

KULR says Forge 2 is designed to support domestic production of battery systems that meet NDAA requirements, with the first Department of War compliance deadline approaching in 2027.

That puts domestic sourcing and manufacturing capacity directly in focus.

CEO Michael Mo summed up the company's priority simply: execution.

KULR now has to build and deliver these systems at the volumes customers require.

What I’m Watching Next

The immediate catalyst is clear:

$1 Million+ in production orders.

October shipments.

Completion expected by the end of November.

Behind those orders sits a $1.1 Billion U.S. drone procurement program and KULR’s newly expanded manufacturing capacity.

Space And Robotics Pipeline

KULR’s battery systems were selected for Icarus Robotics’ platform headed to the International Space Station. The company is also working on broader space and autonomous-systems opportunities.

Keep KULR on your screen as these deliveries get underway.

To your success,

Michael Reece
