Hi Folks,
Sometimes the most interesting small-cap stories are the ones changing faster than the market realizes.
That may be what’s happening with My Size Inc. (Nasdaq: MYSZ).
What began primarily as a sizing-technology story has evolved into something considerably broader.
Today, MYSZ is assembling a platform spanning AI-powered apparel and footwear sizing, fashion e-commerce, secondhand resale and regional distribution.
More importantly, the company's recent numbers suggest that expansion is beginning to show up in the business.
Revenue Growth Is Accelerating the Story
My Size started 2026 with first-quarter revenue of $2.39M—up 62% year over year.
Then came Q2.
Revenue climbed to $3.07M, representing another 53% year-over-year increase.
Put the first two quarters together and MYSZ generated $5.46M in first-half revenue, up approximately 57% from $3.49M during the comparable period.
For a company of this size, that kind of growth deserves attention.
But the topline numbers aren't the only thing that caught my eye.
The High-Margin Business Inside MYSZ
Buried within that expanding revenue base is MYSZ SaaS operation, which includes its AI-driven sizing technology.
In Q2, that business generated an approximately 86% gross margin.
That's an important number.
Because while MYSZ is expanding across several areas of fashion commerce, its underlying technology business gives the company exposure to a potentially attractive, high-margin revenue stream.
And the company isn't relying on a single product.
Naiz Fit targets apparel sizing.
ShoeSize.Me extends the technology into footwear.
Orgad provides an established e-commerce operation.
Percentil gives My Size exposure to Europe's growing circular-fashion and secondhand market.
And Ten Peacks expands the company's reach into regional fashion distribution.
Individually, each addresses a different part of the market.
Together, they're beginning to form a much broader fashion-technology ecosystem.
Percentil Is Gaining Traction
One operation I'm watching particularly closely is Percentil, My Size's European circular-fashion platform.
Percentil generated approximately $413,000 in Q2 revenue, compared with just $168,000 during the same quarter last year.
That's a substantial year-over-year increase.
And management continues looking for additional ways to expand the platform.
Another Potential Revenue Stream Is on the Table
Naiz Fit has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire selected assets of EyeFitU.
If completed, MYSZ says the transaction could contribute approximately $440,000 in annual recurring revenue.
The company is also expanding its focus on the Asia-Pacific market while exploring another intriguing possibility:
Monetizing aggregated, anonymized sizing data.
That could potentially give MYSZ another way to extract value from the technology and data infrastructure it has been building.
This Is No Longer Just a Sizing Story
That's what makes MYSZ interesting to me right now.
The company appears to be evolving on several fronts at once:
Revenue is growing.
Its SaaS technology carries high gross margins.
Percentil is expanding.
Its fashion-commerce footprint is getting broader.
And management continues pursuing additional sources of recurring revenue and geographic expansion.
None of those developments guarantees that the strategy will succeed. My Size remains a small company, and execution will be critical as management attempts to integrate and grow multiple businesses.
But the underlying story has clearly changed.
MYSZ is no longer simply a sizing-technology company.
It's becoming a broader fashion-tech platform—with AI, e-commerce, resale and distribution increasingly operating under the same roof.
And with the financial numbers beginning to move in the right direction, this is one I'll be watching closely.
To your success,

Michael Reece
