Hi Folks,
Cosmos Health Inc. (Nasdaq: COSM) is on our watchlist, and deserves attention right now.
Cosmos Health is a global healthcare company operating across pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, healthcare distribution, manufacturing, research and development and other healthcare products and services.
Cosmos Health Inc. (Nasdaq: COSM) has wall street analysts bullish on multiple catalysts.
A $1.40 Analyst Target
Noble Capital Markets initiates equity research coverage on COSM with outperform rating and $1.40 price target, representing an increase of +438% in upside potential.
A $4.50 Analyst Target
Zacks Small-Cap Research just reiterated its coverage of COSM with a $4.50 price target, this represents an increase of +1,639% in upside potential.
The research highlights the company's revenue growth, proprietary brands, expanding healthcare operations, and a manufacturing pipeline that has grown sixfold.
Cosmos Health Inc. (Nasdaq: COSM) just laid out some pretty aggressive growth numbers in a new shareholder letter from CEO Greg Siokas.
And one number in particular caught my attention.
Management is forecasting fourth-quarter revenue of at least $35.7M, an increase of approximately 81% over Q4 last year.
That's a substantial jump for a company that reported approximately $54.3M in preliminary revenue through the first nine months of 2026.
Cosmos is also reaffirming its outlook for more than $90M in full-year revenue, roughly 38% above 2025.
But the revenue forecast is only part of what's developing here.
U.S. Subscriptions Are Taking Off
Cosmos reported that active U.S. subscriptions jumped 42% in just five days, climbing from 6,287 to 8,940.
Over that same period, monthly subscription value at standard renewal pricing increased 44% to more than $1.3M.
And management expects the U.S. business alone to generate approximately $15M in fourth-quarter revenue, with gross margins near 70%.
That's the part I'm watching closely.
If Cosmos can sustain that subscription growth, its higher-margin U.S. business could start making a much bigger contribution to overall profitability.
A Manufacturing Pipeline That's Grown Sixfold
There's another development worth paying attention to.
Cana Laboratories, the company's pharmaceutical manufacturing subsidiary, now has a pipeline exceeding 32.7M units, up sixfold since mid-2024.
According to management, those agreements represent more than $20M in potential revenue over their terms, subject to actual orders and execution.
Meanwhile, Cosmos says its products are now sold in more than 40 countries.
That's a sizable international footprint for a small-cap healthcare company.
The CEO Is Targeting $200M in Revenue
Here's where the longer-term picture gets interesting.
Management's financial plan calls for $200.6M in annual revenue by 2029, along with $71.2M in gross p.rofit.
That's more than triple the company's 2025 revenue.
These are ambitious targets, and there's plenty of execution ahead. The company will need to turn its subscription growth and manufacturing pipeline into actual revenue and c.ash flow.
Still, I like what I'm seeing in the operating numbers.
An 81% fourth-quarter revenue growth forecast, a rapidly expanding U.S. subscription business, and a manufacturing pipeline that's grown sixfold.
That's enough to keep COSM firmly on my radar.
I am urging all of my members to add COSM to the top of your watch list.
Stay tuned,
To your success,

Michael Reece
